Grandview Middle School
Grandview Middle School Bands:

The Grandview Middle School Band program consists of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade concert bands as well as a percussion ensemble. The bands consistently earn consistent Superior ratings at MPA events, as well as other events. The band has a strong presence in All-County and All-District Honor Bands. Middle school band students are often involved in the HS band program and then feed the HS band program.
Northview Middle School
Northview Middle School Bands:

The Northview Middle School Band program consists of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade concert bands as well as Jazz Band. The bands consistently earn consistent Superior ratings at Concert Band and Jazz Band MPA events, as well as other events. The band has a strong presence in All-County and All-District Honor Bands, as well as region and state jazz groups. Middle school band students are often involved in the HS band program and then feed the HS band program.
Hickory High School
In the high school program students may be involved in the marching band, jazz band, wind ensemble, concert band, IB Music, color guard, drum line, and winter percussion. Band is generally taken for the entire year. The fall semester consists of marching band performing at the football games and band competitions. The spring is focused on concert band, jazz band, winter percussion, and winter guard. The Hickory High School Band has recently established itself as an award-winning program, earning several Superior ratings and accolades at marching band and concert band events. We hope all students will be a part of this program for all four years of high school!
